Beijing
My first stop in a commpletely foreign land. Didn’t know any mandarin, but still managed to make it to the hotel, Early June.

Tiannmon square, Classic. Although the space wasn’t as big as I thought it would be as there was this road in front!

Yep, that 56% clone thing – well that’s what it said!

The forbidden city, where they filmed that last emperor film, absoloutely huge place…

Me again….

This was where I sat for over an hour eating a bowl of noodles for lunch to learn to use chopsticks. It paid off! Especially eating in the rest of China!

The ‘Acrobatic spectaular’ pretty good – not a patch on cirque de soleil….

Dumplings on the street for 10p. Oh and a couple’o'tsingtao beers.

Oh, ate here first before above, Hot pot. Grab any suspicious meats you want, dump in a hot pot and enjoy! Or not if you accidently pick very suspicious meat… I’m talking every kind of meat ever invented if thats such a thing!

Walking around the art & design district came across this space. Amazing in kind of post 1950’s neo-war communist type thingy…!

Its another classic – the great wall (from Mutyana)

Me, gotta get those thumbs out….

I couldn’t resist – just one more….

This boat aint going nowhere! Taken in one of the main parks – I forget its name!

Me, Gabriel(watson) In a random group from korea
There I am! Right there in the shadows ready to prance in a Ninja stylee….

Temple of heaven – it was another huge space (and hey – no thumbs!)

JJ disco group, my first foreign club experience…

You can just about make me out!
